The most recent wave of giggles has faded. (Post Bachelor Party - Pre CfJ)

"Oh man. That was awful of us." Bette doesn't look like she thought it was awful. She looks like she thought it was a laugh riot. "We're bad, bad people." Of course that nearly sets off another wave of the giggles as she looks over to her compatriot.

Pausing, she looks around and scruchnes up her face some. "Where the hell are we anyway?" They've wandered some from Warriors, not having had anywhere specific in mind to get to after leaving. "Ah who cares. We can worry about it later." A pause, "That was awesome. In a horrible way. I'm starving. Are you hungry? We should get some hashbrowns."

Jesse ohs and smiles behind her as she wanders into the walk-in closet. The master suite - and it is a suite - is a study in modern design and furnishings, but like the rest of the penthouse it lacks much in the way of personalization. "I didn't think of it as being that uncomfortable, but I can see where you might. What do you want to wear? I have some jeans...bit long for you...warm-up pants, maybe?"

Bette hangs out around the entrance of the room, not wanting to commit to fully entering it. "Just something comfortable? Whatever you want to let me wear." Heh. Jesse's clothes. "And that you might not get back for awhile."

"Wait, wait, here, I have some ankle-lengths that'll be perfect." Jesse plucks a pair of jeans from a stack of jeans (all folded to the same size) and then takes a lavendar cable-knit sweater from a wooden hanger and carries them to Bette. "Here you go. Are our feet about the same size?"

"Ummmm. I don't know." Bette takes the clothes, resisting leaning in and smelling them. "These should be fine...."

Jesse frowns as she hands over the clothing. "You okay?"

Bette holds the clothing closer and smiles a bit at the other woman. "Yeah. I'll be okay. I'm... I'll be okay."
