The most recent wave of giggles has faded. (Post Bachelor Party - Pre CfJ)

"Oh man. That was awful of us." Bette doesn't look like she thought it was awful. She looks like she thought it was a laugh riot. "We're bad, bad people." Of course that nearly sets off another wave of the giggles as she looks over to her compatriot.

Pausing, she looks around and scruchnes up her face some. "Where the hell are we anyway?" They've wandered some from Warriors, not having had anywhere specific in mind to get to after leaving. "Ah who cares. We can worry about it later." A pause, "That was awesome. In a horrible way. I'm starving. Are you hungry? We should get some hashbrowns."

Jesse, who's been using superspeed for a long time, glances at Bette before laughing. "I guess it IS a wow sort of thing if you're not used to it," she remarks as they speed along at a few thousand feet, twisting a bit only now and again to avoid things like jets, birds and buildings. "We're almost to Philly. It's a lot closer, and I realized you probably wouldn't like to travel this way for too long. I'm sure I've got some things that you can borrow. Or Wally does."

Bette is still clinging, whether she realizes it or not. She's never been to Jesse's place. At least not that she can remember right now. "You're both taller than me." Of course, she's sort of gotten used to people being taller than her. She was a gymnast - they're not known for being giants.
